Refund policy

CANCELLATION: You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

RETURNS: We have a 30-day return, it means you have 30 days to request return the item after receiving it.

Return Process:To be eligible for a return, the condition of the goods must be same as customer received it, unused, in original packaging, with all parts intact. We also do not offer free return, the return shipping cost is paid by customer. We do not accept returns used product with Use traces. You could unpack the package and evaluate the materials and quality to ensure they meet your expectations, while do not put use on trucks. If you decide to return the product, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to begin the return process. Please note that our team may request photos of products before approving a return to confirm they are unused and resaleable. Once received, your return will be processed and we will contact you if there are any issues.

Restock Fee: We require a 20% restocking fee on ALL returns and product exchanges.

Damages Issues: Please check your order upon receipt, if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and correct it. Damage has affected the ability of the product to function, basic wear and tear does not apply. We will not be able to offer a refund or replacement for any accidental damage caused by the customer. Refunds and replacements are only available for manufacturer's faults and must be submitted to the customer care team within 10 days of receiving your order. After 10 days from the date of receipt of your order, due to the nature of the product, we must assume that all minor damage is wear and tear of the product. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the unit has been forcefully damaged or misused. If your refund is accepted, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Missing Items: Some items are shipped separately, so if you have not received part of your order, it may have arrived a short time ago. All missing items must be reported missing within 10 days of receiving the order.

Warranty: Our warranty is for one year and only allows one replacement of the product. We can only provide warranty if the product has tears/leaking seams or structural defects. If there are minor defects that do not affect the use of the item after receiving it.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Packages confirmed lost by tracking information will be refunded or reimbursed by another unit. Please contact us if this occurs.

Refund:Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned merchandise. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Lost Refunds (if applicable): If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take a while before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before your refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.

Exchange: We only accept returns and exchanges of defective products. If the product is defective and needs to be returned or exchanged, please contact our customer service here contact us.
Shipping: To return an item please email us so we can give you a returns address to send it to. Please note that we do not cover any return shipping costs, this must be paid by the customer. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
